You can do all of this by running your own community event whilst receiving additional support/advice from the Foundation staff/directors.
Funds donated and raised from events are invested and the income generated from these investments is used to fund special projects to the Horsham and Dimboola campuses of Wimmera Health Care Group. Funds raised from your event will always be working for the Wimmera Health Care Group.

Join the Friends of the Foundation – The Friends of the Foundation (FOFz) committee is a fundraising arm of the Wimmera Health Care Group Foundation. It is an active, enthusiastic and committed group of volunteers. The FOFz have raised over $300,000 for the Foundation since they commenced in 2011.
You can remember the Foundation in your will with a bequest or you may choose to make a gift of life insurance.
Your lawyer, accountant, or financial planner can assist you to determine what kind of planned gift would be best for you, your family, and your estate.
You can be assured your instructions will be adhered to by our Board of Directors through our strict governance policies.
Alternatively you may use the following suggested wording for inclusion in your will. “I give the sum of $……to the Wimmera Health Care Group Foundation and I direct that the receipt of the Administrator or other proper officer of the Foundation shall be sufficient discharge for my trustees.”
WHCG Foundation are doing their bit for a sustainable environment by offering KeepCups for supporters to purchase. KeepCups are a quality re-usable cup, made in Australia for the Australian market.
With WHCG Foundation branding your purchase helps:
– to spread the word of the good work KeepCups and the Foundation are doing in the community.
– the Foundation to raise funds that will continue to provide funding for special projects within the WHCG
– the hospital’s café in achieving their goal to use more environmentally friendly products eg re-useable cups $30 each
